Luxury Home on the Yellowstone River with 3 Separate Units
1099 Hwy 89 South, Gardiner, MT
A 3-level, custom-built cedar house on 1.5 acres on the Yellowstone River. The River House contains three units: the Premier Yellowstone River Home, the King Studio Riverview Apartment, and the Queen Studio Riverview Apartment. Units may be booked separately, or all three can be booked at once.
Please note that the cell coverage from the house is Verizon. Other carriers may have poor coverage, so calls require wireless internet.
A large brick patio, three wood and cedar decks, two with gazebo covers, four gas BBQ grills and a Blackstone Griddle are among the shared amenities, as also 1.5 acres of adjacent grounds between US Highway 89 and the Yellowstone River.
The River Front home is three miles from Yellowstone Hot Springs and 10 minutes to Gardiner at the Yellowstone National Park entrance.

The main and upper level of the house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms'
The lower level queen bedroom has a 65" HDTV and Blu-Ray player.
The two upper-level queen bedrooms have a south-facing balcony available through a sliding glass door in one of those rooms.
The upper level king bedroom has a 55" HDTV and Blue-Ray player.
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for service for 12 people.
The living room has one queen memory foam-style sofabed, two full memory foam-style sofabeds, a south-facing balcony, a 75" HDTV and Blu-Ray player.
